What will I be doing?
- You’ll ensure that our obligations to our client are understood and met, and ensure that operational staff understand what’s required of them and that procedures are in place to ensure compliance and that those procedures are followed.
- Analysing and mapping contract obligations
- Developing procedures to ensure that we have visible compliance with those obligations
- Managing projects to roll out and embed processes into our major contracts
- Drafting high quality documents to support implementation
- Providing support to the Head of PPP Optimisation
What are the requirements?
- You’ll need experience of working in major contracts, as well as experience of working with contract documents (either in contract management) or compliance or relevant operational experience. Additional training will be available.
- A degree would be helpful, but is not essential with appropriate relevant experience.
- You will need good writing and administration skills, a good knowledge of the Word, outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Excel. It will be useful to have knowledge of Project and Visio.
- Experience or knowledge of data accuracy principles would be a benefit.
