About the role

  • You will be working in our Weston-super-Mare Office, 301 – 304 Parkway, Worle, North Somerset, BS22 6WA 
  • You will be working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with a 30 minute lunch.
  • You will be earning £24,932, up to 3% bonus plus SUEZ Benefits.
  • Helping ensure that the Procurement department provide a helpdesk function which provides an “excellence” focused range of services for stakeholders. The helpdesk will contribute to Procurement’s “Best in Class” vision by delivering effective and customer friendly interactions, proactive support and timely analysis.
About the role

What will I be doing?

  • You will be supporting with the administration of our help desk function in line with compliance and internal policies and procedures.
  • You will be responsible for the supplier account administration, carrying out user acceptance testing on software updates and solving issues in a positive manner.
  • You will be asked to assist with the Procurement Support Desk Manager to provide techniques to aid better processes to the environment, ensuring continual relevance of instructions and guides.

What are the requirements?

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer centric approach to problem solving.
  • Knowledge and experience on Microsoft Applications.
  • A proactive learning approach to adopting role changes.
  • Experience with Coupa or similar purchase to pay systems would be advantageous.
