Salary of  £37,500 - £46,500 +10% Shift Allowance (£4,650)
Plus up to 10% Bonus, Pension (5% annual contributions), 25 Holiday days + Banking Holiday, Sick pay, Corporate Benefits catalogue focusing on various Discount Schemes, and Employee Wellbeing.
 

This is Shift Work in a 3 week rotation, this role is Monday - Friday with no on call.  
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00

Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00

Week 3: 22:00 - 06:00 

 

 

About the role

What will I be doing as a Maintenance Technician?

  • We’ll look to you to provide planned and reactive maintenance for all areas of plant, making sure plant installations and modifications meet the latest standards and regulatory requirements.
  • At the same time, you’ll be a valued member of the team, supporting colleagues across different functions.
  • Our junior staff will look to you for guidance and supervision, as will contractors.

What are the requirements?

To join us in this key position, you’ll have a predominantly Mechanical background with basic Electrical knowledge, ideally with an Engineering Apprenticeship (or equivalent experience).

You'll have worked / be working in a Maintenance Engineer / Technician role in manufacturing / production engineering environments, having gained hands on knowledge of equipment including conveyors, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics and pneumatics with any basic electrical fault finding experience highly beneficial.

  • Ideally qualified to City & Guilds/NVQ level 3.
  • The ability to use Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is highly desirable.
  • IOSH is highly desirable, but not essential and can be gained
