About The Role
We are looking for a Roro Driver
Location: Aldershot
This role will include lone working and a responsibility to load
- Salary £35,344.93 per annum / £15.10 per hour Saturday work is £22.65 per hour
- Working 45 hours per week
- Shift pattern: Tuesday - Saturday - Sunday & Monday as Rest Days
- Start times: 06:30am - 16:15pm
- Overtime is available is required
- Full PPE provided

- About the role

What will I be doing?
The role will involve the driving and operation of vehicles including the loading of bins into the vehicle, collecting industrial and commercial waste from our customers and delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own at all times.
What are the requirements?
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team delivering a high level of customer service.
- An LGV Category C licence as well as a valid CPC card are essential.
- Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable, however is not essential.
- Experience of working with Stillage Vehicles – Kerbside Loaders and RCV is desirable but not essential as training will be given where necessary.
