About the role
- You will be working at various locations across the North West - The depots you will be required to travel to are - Saltayre, Blackpool, Redscar, Darwen and Pendle. However your main work location will be Darwen, Lower Eccleshill Road, BB3 0RP.
- You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, however flexible start and end times can be discussed.
- You will be earning £24,932, up to 3% bonus and SUEZ benefits on an 18 month fixed term contract.

What will I be doing as a Operations Administrator?
- To provide comprehensive support for the smooth running of general, contract and management systems administration.
- Promote good working practice and positive employee relations by administering effective relationships internally and within the wider business
- Embody the Company Values and exhibit through daily interaction with your team
- Promote a safety conscious attitude towards work
- Assist in managing the communication throughout the site.
- Ensure timely and effective reporting of incidents and events, ensuring that effective protocols are put in place.
- To provide advice, guidance and support to ensure the day to day activities of the business are conducted with consistent methods, processes and satisfactory instruction.
- Implement standardise systems of work to ensure efficient administration activities.
- Support of the COUPA System, to include the management of ordering, payment and invoicing processes for goods and services
- Support of invoice query resolution
- Assist in producing letters, minutes and reports for Senior Management team
- Assist in organising internal events & meetings
- Supporting with weighbridge operation.
What are the requirements?
- Experience in a administrative position having previous experience with Microsoft Packages is desirable.
- You must have a driving license and own mode of transport due to travel between sites.

- You will be trained on the weighbridge operations and will be required to support on the weighbridge throughout multiple depots as required.
