Join SUEZ Recycling & Recovery UK Ltd as our regional Head of Accounts and take ownership of a high-value managed account portfolio across the Industrial & Commercial (I&C) Region, including multi-regional accounts. You’ll lead a dynamic Key Account team, championing growth, retention, and circular solutions while delivering exceptional service to our customers

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a team of Key Account Directors, Managers, and Executives.
- Drive profitability and revenue growth across your portfolio.
- Create and implement customer-specific action plans that exceed expectations.
- Identify opportunities to embed circular solutions and sustainability principles.
- Proactively manage contract lifecycles to reduce churn and extend partnerships.
- Deliver high-level reporting and insights to the General Manager monthly.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience and value.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic account analysis and opportunity identification.
- Customer education and stakeholder engagement.
- Escalation management and continuous improvement planning.
- Portfolio analysis to ensure profitability and growth.
- Financial oversight including debt, rebates, and invoice queries.
- Smooth mobilisation of new business and accurate data reporting.
- Championing sustainability and social value across all accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing and developing account management teams.
- Strong background in customer retention and bidding for new business.
- Confident presenter with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging legislation.
- Experience managing high-value accounts across diverse sectors.
