  • Can be based anywhere in the UK, but will need to travel to Maidenhead when required.

What will I be doing?

We are looking for a PFI Contract Compliance Assistant to work across our multi-million pound PFI contracts across the UK. 

  • You’ll ensure that contractual requirements are understood and met and ensure that operational staff understand what’s required of them and that procedures are in place to ensure compliance and that those procedures are followed. 
  • You will assist in the interpretation of contractual issues and production of supporting documents (with the assistance of the Assistant PFI Contract Compliance Manager and the Head of PPP Optimisation).

What are the requirements?

  • An ability to analyse complex situations, an eye for detail and the ability to produce accurate documents to a high standard is necessary.
  • It would help to have experience of major contracts, as well as experience of working with legal documents and formal agreements or equivalent operational experience.  Additional training will be available.
  • Ideally with experience of local authority contracts.
  • Any specific Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contract experience would be beneficial
  • Not only this, but the ability to communicate with people of all levels, with a background providing recommendations and implementing the changes, will also be needed.
  • Full IT literacy is also required.
