We are currently looking for an enthusiastic driven capable Service Delivery Supervisor to join our busy depot in Fareham.

  • £32,291 per year + 10% Bonus + Benefits
  • This position is offered on a  permanent  / full time basis. 
  • The working hours are 37.5 per week working Monday to Friday.
  • Based at Fareham

About the role

What will I be doing?

  • As a Service Delivery Supervisor), you’ll play a key role in keeping our regional transport operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, problem‑solving, and making a real impact on daily service delivery.
  • You’ll lead and support our team of drivers, ensuring they have clear instructions, fair workloads, and the guidance they need to perform at their best.
  • You’ll allocate work, monitor progress throughout the day, and carry out end‑of‑shift checks so we maintain high standards of service.
  • You’ll also manage any grievance or disciplinary processes in a fair, consistent, and supportive way.
  • Quality matters to us, so you’ll champion high standards in vehicle maintenance, driver checks, and operational compliance, always looking for ways to improve safety, efficiency, sustainability, and overall performance.
  • Whether you’ve come from a logistics, transport, waste, or similar operational background, your attention to detail and people‑centred approach will help us deliver excellent service across the region.
  • This role suits someone who enjoys working with others, values continuous improvement, and wants to build their leadership experience in a respected and growing organisation.

What are the requirements/qualifications?

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong communication skills, both face‑to‑face and in writing, with the ability to support, guide, and motivate others.
  • Supervisory or team‑leader experience in transport, logistics, waste, or another operational environment.
  • A friendly, approachable manner, and a collaborative, inclusive way of working.
  • Good numerical and record‑keeping skills, with the confidence to handle queries and solve problems.
  • A full UK driving licence (this is an essential requirement for the role).
