About the role

  • You will be working in our Weston-super-Mare Office, 301 – 304 Parkway, Worle, North Somerset, BS22 6WA 
  • You will be working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with a 30 minute lunch.
  • You will be earning £24,087, up to 3% bonus plus SUEZ Benefits.

About the role

About the Role

As a Procurement Support Administrator, you’ll provide essential support to our procurement help desk, ensuring compliance and excellent service for colleagues and suppliers. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or anyone seeking a career change into procurement and administration.
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the administration of our help desk function in line with compliance and internal policies.
  • Managing supplier account administration and maintaining accurate records.
  • Carrying out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for software updates to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Resolving queries positively and efficiently, delivering a great customer experience.
  • Assisting the Procurement Support Desk Manager to improve processes and keep guides and instructions up to date.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and listening skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate level.
  • GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade C (4) or above.
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience with Coupa or similar purchase-to-pay systems is advantageous but not essential.
