Project Manager
Reporting to the Business Systems Manager you will lead a portfolio of projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from concept and scoping through to delivery, handover and post‑project review. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with purpose and wants to contribute to a more sustainable future.
Location: Hybrid 3 x per week in Maidenhead: with travel to other SUEZ sites on an ad hoc basis if projects require
Salary: £55,940
Benefits: Company car OR car allowance (£8475.20 per annum), up to 20% annual bonus, 3x life assurance policy, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, 5% employer pension
Hours: 37.5 per week full time. Part time or flexible working arrangements can be made on request subject to approval.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for delivering a variety of projects that support business growth, operational efficiency and environmental outcomes. This will include:- Managing projects through the full lifecycle using agreed governance, ensuring effective planning, reporting and risk management.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, benefits and success measures.
- Supporting the business case, overseeing budgets and developing clear project schedules with milestones and critical paths.
- Leading cross‑functional teams to deliver on time, on budget and to the required quality standards, embedding any required business change.
- You’ll also contribute to the enhancement of our project management processes, tools and templates to help strengthen delivery across the organisation.
What are the requirements?
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and walks of life. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience within complex, fast‑moving environments
- Excellent communication skills with technical and nontechnical audiences and the proven ability to lead projects involving significant business change and multiple stakeholder groups, including senior leaders.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to solve multifaceted issues effectively.
- PRINCE2, APM or an equivalent qualification is desirable, though not essential.
- You’ll be naturally collaborative and comfortable balancing detail with the bigger picture, making evidence‑based decisions to support successful outcomes.
