About the Role

  • £28,111 basic salary + Commission + Benefits
  • Based at Morden - fully office based
  • Full Time / Permanent role - Monday to Friday
  • 20  holiday allowance + bank holidays.
About the role

What will I be doing?

As part of our dedicated National Tele Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for securing new business for SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound cold calls to businesses to promote and sell our waste management services.
  • Generating and qualifying new business leads.
  • Building strong customer relationships and closing sales over the phone.
  • Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
  • Using CRM systems to manage your sales pipeline and follow-up activity.

What are the requirements?

  • 1+ year of outbound sales or telesales experience, ideally in B2B or B2C. (Experience in the waste industry isn’t essential — full training will be provided.)
  • A confident communicator with a strong sales mindset.
  • Resilient, motivated, and target-driven.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls each day.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in Sales and good IT literacy.
  • A true team player who enjoys working collaboratively with fellow Tele Sales Executives and brings creativity and energy to the role.
