As the first point of contact for customers in your region, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. Whether handling day‑to‑day enquiries or supporting wider service improvements, you’ll help ensure our customers feel supported, valued, and informed at every stage. This role offers genuine responsibility and is suitable for candidates at any career stage including recent graduates, people seeking an entry‑level opportunity, or those looking to develop their customer service and account management skills.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Promoting our services and supporting the retentions team with upselling and customer engagement campaigns
- Monitoring regional aged debt and working with customers on the “on‑stop” list to maintain positive relationships
- Liaising with key internal departments to support customer satisfaction, recognise risks, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks accurately
- Confidence using Microsoft applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word)

Over seven years ago, I began my journey at SUEZ as an apprentice eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. That experience not only shaped my career but also gave me a deep understanding of the value apprenticeships bring to both individuals and organisations. Today, I’m proud to lead apprenticeship recruitment at SUEZ, driving initiatives that attract and support new talent across both internal and external programmes. My role allows me to champion the same opportunities that launched my own career, helping others unlock their potential and build sustainable futures. With a passion for professional development and a strong belief in the power of hands-on learning, I’m committed to delivering apprenticeships as a key part of our workforce strategy ensuring we continue to grow, innovate, and lead within our industry. I’m committed to supporting candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and empowered to present their best selves.
