About The Role
Location: Enterprise Park, Military Rd, Fareham PO16 8TU

  • Salary: £13.79 per hour
  • Working: 47.5 hours per week
  • Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday
  • Full PPE provided

As a Mobile Plant Site Operative, you’ll play a key role in supporting safe, efficient and environmentally responsible site operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, operating mobile plant and contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable UK.

About the role

What will I be doing?

You’ll support the Site Team Leader and Site Manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, including:

  • Operating and maintaining mobile plant safely and in line with safe systems of work
  • Carrying out daily checks, routine maintenance and general site housekeeping
  • Supporting compliance with all health, safety and environmental requirements
  • Working collaboratively to meet site performance and production standards
  • Completing any reasonable duties within the scope of the role

  • Experienced mobile plant operator (front‑end loading shovel essential)
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with processing plants advantageous
  • Flexible approach to working hours and tasks
  • Enthusiastic team player focused on high operational standards
  • Willing to undertake on‑site and off‑site training (occasional travel may be required)
