About the role
- You will be based at our Fareham Depot, SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK Ltd, Enterprise Park, Military Road, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 8TU
- You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- You will be earning £26,611, up to 3% bonus and SUEZ Benefits

What will I be doing?
As a Customer Support Officer supporting our Corporate Accounts in your region, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for customers who need quick, accurate support. Whether you’re handling a query, guiding a customer through a process, or helping colleagues resolve an issue, you will play an essential role in delivering reliable, sustainable services that make a positive impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service by managing incoming calls and correspondence from Corporate Account customers.
- Logging customer enquiries through internal systems and directing them to the correct teams for swift resolution.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across all levels of the business to ensure customers receive accurate, timely responses.
- Monitoring the progress and response times of internally logged customer disputes, supporting our commitment to service quality and company values.
- Completing general office administration to help keep operations running smoothly.

- An interest in the waste management or sustainability sector is a bonus, but not required.
- Confidence using your initiative, while also working effectively as part of a team.
