This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity, suitable for people starting their careers, recent graduates, returners to the workforce, and anyone looking to develop in a customer-focused role.
You will:

- Strong communication and active‑listening skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Experience in problem‑solving and supporting internal or external customers is advantageous, but not essential.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team, using your initiative to manage tasks effectively.
