About the role
- You will be based at our Eco Park Surrey Depot, Charlton Lane, Shepperton, Surrey, TW17 8QA.
- You will be working 20.5 hours, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 08:00am - 04:00pm, however start and finish times can be discussed at interview.
- You will be earning £15,773.52, up to 3% bonus and access to SUEZ benefits.

What will I be doing?
This entry-level Business Support/Administration role is an exciting opportunity for a graduate scheme–style start or an early-career professional who wants real responsibility, support and the chance to make a meaningful impact. Based at a key processing facility, you’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while building transferable skills for a long-term career.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values sustainability, safety, inclusion and continuous improvement, with mentoring from experienced colleagues and exposure to senior leaders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting general, contract and management systems administration, promoting consistent and efficient ways of working
- Assisting site-wide communication, incident reporting and adherence to safety procedures and company values
- Providing advice, guidance and administrative support to ensure activities are delivered accurately and on time
- Supporting the Coupa procurement system, including ordering, invoicing, payments and invoice query resolution
- Producing letters, reports and meeting minutes for senior management, and helping organise internal events and meetings
This role is ideal if you enjoy organisation, problem-solving and working with people and if you’re motivated by contributing to a well-run, responsible and sustainable operation.
What are the requirements?
We welcome applications from people at different career stages, including recent graduates and those returning to work. You don’t need to tick every box training and learning are part of the role.
You’ll ideally have:
- Administrative experience (from work, placements, apprenticeships or internships) and a qualification in Business Administration or similar
- Strong written skills, with confidence producing clear reports and professional correspondence
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, plus numeracy skills to work with figures
- A positive, collaborative communication style and the ability to work well in a team
- A full driving licence (beneficial), as there is limited local transport to the site
