What will I be doing?
As a Trade Operations Administrator (entry‑level, suitable for graduates or those early in their career), you’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth delivery of our commercial trading activities. Your work will help ensure our financial processes remain accurate, transparent, and aligned with our commitment to responsible and sustainable operations.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure all transactions are generated and completed with strong controls in place, guaranteeing each trade is processed accurately and with due diligence.
- Keep internal value‑chain stakeholders updated on freight movements so that our logistics and production teams can operate efficiently across SUEZ facilities.
- Liaise with colleagues to monitor stock availability and movement, helping us meet contractual commitments and maintain excellent service.
- Support the effective handling of transaction queries related to debt recovery and debt management, upholding the integrity of departmental financial responsibilities.
- Take ownership of any exceptions raised by internal customers and work collaboratively to find timely resolutions.
You will also manage any query or debt‑recovery situation with professionalism, ensuring the protection of SUEZ’s P&L and contributing to our wider sustainability‑focused mission.
What are the requirements?
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, career stages, and life experiences. Whether you’re a recent graduate, changing career path, or looking for a new challenge, you’ll be supported with training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop.
To succeed, you’ll need:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 (C) or above.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office packages.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A calm, organised approach when working under pressure or to tight deadlines.
If you’re energetic, curious, and motivated by roles that offer variety, progression, and the chance to contribute to a more sustainable future, this could be a great fit.
