About the role
Based at our Energy from Waste Plant in Wilton, You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the administration team and ensure that all administrative functions are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
The scope of the administration function ranges from data entry to invoice query resolution while focusing strongly on providing accurate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). - About the role

What will I be doing?
You’ll report directly to the EfW Plant Manager and partner with senior leadership to optimise and streamline the administration function, ensuring it operates as efficiently and effectively as possible while maintaining consistently high standards of customer service.
In your day-to-day role, you will lead and develop the Administration team, taking full ownership of performance, processes, and delivery. You’ll also act as deputy to the Customer and Compliance Manager, providing cover and continuity during periods of absence.
What are the requirements?
- We’re looking for a candidate with previous office management experience; ideally someone who has previously worked in a busy, time critical environment and someone who has the ability to manage people as well as being a team player.
- Someone who has a desire to explore, challenge and improve current processes along with an ability to influence people is essential and an excellent knowledge of excel would be advantageous.
