About the Role
- Role starts on 7th SEPTEMBER 2026
- There is travel expected in this role and nights away from home. You are provided with a company car or car allowance. Fuel will be fully paid for by the company – and we will provide and pay for your accommodation.
- Can be based around COVENTRY area
- Role is offered on a 24 month basis - with the offer of a permanent post on completion of the 24 months,
- £28,673 - £31,257 + Company Car / Car Allowance + Up to 3% Bonus + Benefits
- You must have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

What will I be doing?
- To support the delivery of environmental compliance and risk management to ensure the protection of the wider water and land environment across the portfolio of land and assets managed by SUEZ across the UK.
- To support the development of sustainable solutions for water management and water / land risk across the UK aligned to the Safety – Solutions - Success core principles of SUEZ.
- To support the production of core technical reports to support planning and permit applications relating to the condition of land, water and sewer drainage.
- To provide and then manage the production of annual environmental reports to support the compliance of the Company’s landfill portfolio across the UK.
- To support management teams with respect to groundwater and/or surface water liabilities of due diligence audits and land redevelopment project works
- From time to time, be given personal projects to work on within specific areas of the wider EIR Team and SUEZ’ Technical Team.
- Learn and develop core managerial skills and techniques underpinned by contemporary use of IT solutions and data management.
What are the requirements?
- A degree or equivalent in an environmental related subject (Environmental Sciences/Geology/Physical Geography)
- Graduated within the last 5 years
- If POSSIBLE - A Masters level – or be studying towards a Masters level qualification - in Hydrology / Hydrogeology or equivalent
- IF POSSIBLE - Professional membership of one relevant body at graduate level to keep up to date with the latest standards - with an aim of achieving Chartered Status within 5 years of appointment to the role.
- Have a working knowledge of basic Microsoft software packages including Teams and Sharepoint.
- Be passionate about being part of a team that is providing sustainable environmental solutions within the land and water environment that are aligned to SUEZ’ core principles for: Safety – Solutions – Success.
- A Full UK Driving License is necessary for this role
- Be prepared for regional travel to sites (when required) and – if required – occasional travel between England and Scotland. Be able to stay overnight
