Are you an experienced LGV Driver, with a current class 2 licence and valid CPC card?

What will I be doing?

The role will involve the driving and operation of vehicles including the loading of bins into the vehicle, collecting industrial and commercial waste from our customers and delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own at all times.

About The Role

Location: Unit 5, West Lane, Sittingbourne ME10 3TT 

  • Salary: £36,097.29 per annum  + overtime 
  • Plus a potential to earn £25 lone working bonus per day 
  • Starting times: 4.00 am - 1.45 pm
  • Weekend work available
  • Full training given
  • Full PPE provided

About the Role

As an LGV Class 2 Driver, you’ll play a vital part in providing safe, reliable and environmentally responsible waste collection services for industrial and commercial customers. This opportunity is ideal for newly qualified drivers looking to build experience, as well as experienced professionals seeking a fresh challenge in a purpose‑driven organisation.
You’ll operate modern vehicles, follow clear safety procedures and work both independently and as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive and operate Class 2 LGV vehicles to collect industrial and commercial waste.
- Load bins into the vehicle and complete daily routes efficiently and safely.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures for both our organisation and customer sites.
- Deliver friendly, professional service to customers across the area.
- Maintain accurate records to support compliance and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For
- A valid Class 2 LGV licence and CPC card.
- A safety‑focused approach and commitment to high‑quality service.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- ADR qualification preferred, but full training and certification can be provided.
- Flexibility to work early shifts, with overtime and weekend work available.
