Site Operative
Are you looking for an outdoor role where you’ll be using your customer service skills and building a career in a National brand working towards a greener future?
About the Role
- Location: Caddsdown Industrial Estate, Clovelly Rd, Bideford, EX39 3BE
- Full time position working 40 hours a week summer and 36.5 hours winter,
- Start Times: Weekdays 08:45, Weekends 09:45.
- Finish Time: Summer (April to September) Weekdays 17:15, Weekends 18:15. Winter (October to March) 16:45
- Successful candidate will need to complete 3 day first aid course.
- Potential additional progression training including mobile plant (no experience required as full novice training provided) and Health and Safety training - IOSH Managing Safely.
- Requirements: Good customer service skills is a must, previous waste experience or mobile plant experience is a bonus but not required as full training will be provided.

What you’ll do:
Providing excellent levels of customer service, you will advise and assist members of the public on how to use the site in order to maximise recovery of materials they are depositing and keeping the site tidy.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure you comply with SUEZ health and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records for the removal of materials from the site.
