- £31,000 as a basic salary + 3 % Bonus + Benefits
- Can be based at our locations in Bristol or Exeter.
- Working patterns Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with some need to take calls evening and weekends.

What will I be doing as a Site Supervisor?
Reporting to The Senior Key Account Manager, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the daily running of the waste segregation operations at multiple Great Western Railway (our customer) sites across Cornwall, Devon, Bristol and Reading ensuring full compliance on the sites.
The site supervisor will be responsible to ensure efficient deployment of staff and resources and promoting recycling and diversion from landfill initiatives.
This is a hybrid role, so key responsibilities include :
- Day to day management of the on-site teams - including recruitment, management and provision of PPE, attendance management, and performance management.
- The role would also involve a significant element of performing the waste segregation role on the ground, working alongside the existing staff members to ensure maximum productivity.
- We anticipate at least 3 days a week being spent out on site with the team, and 2 days a week working remotely.
- Conducting site audits in line with policies and procedures.
- Collating working hours of the site staff for payroll on a monthly basis, maintaining budgetary control over operations, ordering equipment and resource for the sites.
- Managing performance and health and safety to the contract standards.
- The role is based across multiple sites, so a company van will be provided.
What are the requirements? (experience and qualifications)
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate a passion for waste management and customer service coupled with communication skills.
- A full UK driving license is required.
- Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience of working in a supervisory position is desirable.
