Administration Manager
SUEZ are looking for an Administration Manager to support our Wakefield Sampling Services Laboratory.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.

Salary: £32,937
Benefits: Up to 10% annual bonus, 3 x life assurance policy, 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays), 5% employer pension, and additional benefits
Location: SUEZ, 8 Appleton Court, Calder Park, Wakefield, WF2 7AR
Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time hours 37.5 hours per week. Part time working options available, please add to your application the hours you are available to work
- About the role

What will I be doing?
- Responsible for updating quality procedures, including ISO procedures.
- Maintaining the asset database and training matrix.
- Ensuring laboratory equipment is calibrated and ordering laboratory reagents and consumables.
- Working with the Head of Environment and Industrial Risk and the Senior Technical Plant Engineer to ensure quality procedure documents are maintained in line with regulatory changes.
- Providing general administration support, including booking hotels, fleet administration, paying toll charges, and processing invoices.
What are the requirements?
- We’re looking for a candidate with previous office management experience.
- Someone who has worked in a busy, time-critical environment and has the ability to work independently, as well as being a strong team player.
- Someone with the desire to explore, challenge, and improve current processes.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.
