- Based at our Cornwall Energy Recovery Centre in St Dennis.

What will I be doing?
- You will be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent standards of customer service.
- You will work closely with the other members of the customer service team to contribute to the continued success of the department, maintaining exemplary customer service and contract management standards within SUEZ.
- Delivering excellent levels of customer service at all times, managing incoming phone calls or correspondence from members of the public and SUEZ staff, logging any queries customers may have to the relevant departments through the internal business channels.
- Communicating with all levels within the business to help stakeholders get swift and accurate resolutions to their queries.
- Monitoring the response time of logged issues and customer disputes, to assist in the success of the contract and support SUEZ company values.
- You will also be expected to carry out general office admin and can benefit from the company succession plan, competitive rates of pay and an internal bonus scheme.
What are the requirements?
- You must be able to demonstrate a passion for customer service coupled with strong communication skills.
- Working as part of a small customer service team the successful candidate will be upbeat and friendly and be able to work under pressure.
- You must also have basic IT skills, customer service experience and be able to work well in a team.
- Previous office experience would be advantageous but not essential.
