About the Role
- £32,937 basic salary + up to 10% Bonus + Benefits
- Based at Bolton - but will cover the Greater Manchester Contract
- Start date for this role will be January 2027.

What will I be doing?
- You will be responsible for the support and administration of the Greater Manchester contract performance standards monitoring regime, identifying performance standard failures and then ensuring remedial action is taken within prescribed timescales.
- You will dealing with customer complaints and undertaking administration responsibilities.
- This will be achieved by working with operational staff, the management team and supporting administration / helpdesk personnel, and providing the training for those that require it.
What are the requirements?
- Ideally with experience of local authority contracts, it is essential to have worked in an auditing role or to have been responsible for conducting audits.
- Any specific Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contract experience will be beneficial, but an eye for detail and the ability to produce accurate reports to a high standard are necessary.
- Not only this, but the ability to communicate with people of all levels, with a background providing recommendations and implementing the changes, will also be needed.
- A full driving licence is required, as you will need to visit the sites within the Greater Manchester contract and attend related meetings.
- Full IT literacy is also required - in particular excel and outlook.
