Regional Manager
SUEZ has won a significant long term contract to deliver a once in a generation transformative project to mobilise and deliver the logistics and processing for the Deposit Return Scheme in the North West and North East of England. We are looking for a Regional Manager to take ownership of the delivery, drive innovation, and ensure rigorous health and safety.

Salary: £68,243 - £80,049
Benefits: Company car OR Car allowance, x3 Life assurance policy, 20% annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and holiday buy back scheme, 10% employer contribution pension and additional benefits.
Location: Based in any SUEZ office across North West and North East of England. The role will require regular travel across both regions.

What will I be doing?
• Interface with the Client regarding operational delivery and management within the region. Build a positive relationship with the Client and ensure compliance with the contract.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, including the other SUEZ DRS Regional Manager and other Client delivery partners to ensure smooth delivery of the operations in the region and to support smooth service delivery across the country as a whole.
• Manage relationships with third party delivery partners and ensure their performance supports achievement of contract targets.
• Ensure compliance with the operational, contractual and performance management targets within the contract.
• Ensure the business portrays a professional image to all internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• The DRS service is being delivered by existing SUEZ I&C and Processing Teams, your role will be to ensure the delivery of the service to the Client through these internal delivery partners.What are the requirements?
• Proven experience of managing and being accountable for a complex, multi-site contract delivering business objectives.
• Demonstrable ability to deliver business performance including developing and implementing opportunities to improve growth and efficiencies.
• Proven experience of delivering to high health & safety, environmental and business standards.
• Will put the Client at the centre of our actions, design an actionable vision, make sustainability a key differentiator, dare to innovate and drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to identify and implement opportunities which continually improve business processes, quality and overall performance.
• Experience in the waste industry, or the logistics sector is highly desirable.
