Business Support Lead
SUEZ Recycling and Recovery are looking for a Business Support Lead to support Project Sponsors in promoting, creating, documenting and the delivery of Municipal projects to enhance best practice and a continuous improvement culture within the division.

Salary: £37,878
Benefits: company car or car allowance, up to 10% annual bonus, 3x life assurance policy, 25 days holiday
Location: Can be based at any SUEZ UK site
- About the role

What will I be doing?
- Take full responsibility for day to day completion of any given Municipal Business Improvement & Mobilisation project with existing Municipal contracts within the agree time, cost, quality and scope; create and deliver all bespoke training documents for each project
- Ensure all procedures and processes within Business Improvement & Mobilisation team are updated and delivered to all members of the team and external stakeholders
- Actively plan, manage, monitor and communicate progress on projects to all stakeholders; develop project communication plans and ensure audience-specific communications are produced and shared during the lifecycle of any given project
- Manage client’s and municipal operation’s expectations giving the highest possible standards of customer service and continually improving client relationships with focus on partnership working
- New Business Development – Working with the Business Improvement & Mobilisation Manager in identifying the latest technology/innovation to give SUEZ a competitive edge
What are the requirements?
- A sound understanding of waste management legislation and the functional implications for any software application
- Clear understanding of compliance required when training new/existing users on technology/software
- Fully aware of the Municipal market and review latest technology that will benefit Suez and drive efficiencies
- Significant experience working in a project delivery environment with a proven track record of successfully transitioning business requirements into viable, fit for purpose solutions which are developed and implemented within the organisation to deliver the required business outcomes and benefits
- Principles of Project Management
- Formal accreditation in Project management or equivalent Prince 2 (ideally practitioner)
