The Role

This role is an initial 3 month fixed term contract based at our Shared Services Facility in Worle, the role will require you to work Monday – Friday from 09:00-17:00.

What will I be doing?

As an office based administration role you will be working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, mainly using the telephone and e-mails. You will be collecting and electronically storing important documentation and will be required to help with basic data cleansing.

What are the requirements?

A professional phone manner is essential along with a good knowledge of the Microsoft office systems (In particular Excel) and attention to detail in all aspects of the required control of documentation and the following of established processes.
