About the role

What will I be doing?

  • A key member of our Malpass Farm team, you’ll ensure that our facility Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) production facility is always in perfect running order.
  • It means organising planned preventative maintenance, managing resources, budget responsibility and utilising a maintenance management system to make sure there is always a sufficient stock of spares.
  • We’ll expect you to lead your maintenance team and ensure compliance with environmental and health and safety regulations, whilst meeting customer requirements and demand.

What are the requirements?

  • We’re looking for managerial experience and a background in either the recycling or similar production process environment.
  • You’ll also need to be qualified with a minimum HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and ideally a health and safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH). With these credentials plus your leadership skills, you’ll help keep our production facility running smoothly and efficiently.
