About the role

What will I be doing as a Maintenance Manager?

A key member of our Malpass Farm team, you’ll ensure that our facility Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) production facility is always in perfect running order. It means organising planned preventative maintenance, managing resources, budget responsibility and utilising a maintenance management system to make sure there is always a sufficient stock of spares. We’ll expect you to lead your maintenance team and ensure compliance with environmental and health and safety regulations, whilst meeting customer requirements and demand.

What are the requirements? (Experience and qualifications)

We’re looking for managerial experience and a background in either the recycling or similar production process environment. You’ll also need to be qualified with a minimum HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and ideally an H&S qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH). With these credentials plus your leadership skills, you’ll help keep our production facility running smoothly and efficiently.
