The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for SUEZ Industrial Water. The maintenance Technician will be responsible for delivering front line mechanical maintenance on the Water Treatment Plant systems across the UK business. Flexibility to travel within the UK is required for the role.

About the role

What will I be doing?

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical and instrument assets associated with the water and waste water treatment plants in parts of the midlands and Wales. 

The Maintenance Technician will be expected to implement planned maintenance tasks as produced by the Preventative Maintenance Management System, in addition to repairing equipment and plant on an as needed basis.

You will have spent ‘time served’ as a Mechanical Technician, with experience of working directly with sub-contractors and the ability and knowledge to complete basic and complex repairs and maintenance.

What are the requirements?

You should have a background and experience of providing planned and reactive maintenance both basic and complex. Operational and maintenance knowledge of water and waste water treatment plants is desirable, but not essential.
