  • This position is a permanent position.
  • Monday to Friday. Overtime opportunities are available, and you may be required to work bank holidays. 
  • Rate of pay is £13.26 per hour + Overtime + Benefits
  • Hours will be 04:00 - 13:45.

What will I be doing?

  • Our site at Barking operates LGV Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCVs) and box lorries.
  • The role will involve driving and operating vehicles collecting commercial waste from our customers, delivering a high standard of service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules at all times.

What are the requirements?

  • You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving, coupled with good communication skills, and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team delivering a high level of customer service.
  • An LGV Category C (HGV Class 2) licence and Driver CPC card are essential.
  • Experience of working in the waste industry, driving commercial waste RCVs is desirable, though not essential, as training will be given where necessary.
