About the role

What will I be doing as a Contract Administration Manager?

With overall responsibility for the smooth running of the contract administration function, you will have a proactive approach in managing relationships within the contract management team, ensuring all aspects of compliance and efficient reporting.

  • Responsibility for managing the data, contract monitoring and administration of the contract
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements under the contract
  • Ensure compliance with contract monitoring requirements under the contract
  • Ownership of all relevant reporting and KPI data, internal and external, on a monthly and annual basis
  • Manage, motivate and develop the appropriate number and calibre of staff to deliver agreed objectives
  • Support finance department with relevant information to ensure timely production of accounts.

Working closely with the Regional Director to ensure our contract and strategy objectives are delivered, you will engage with wider SUEZ contract teams to ensure learning and sharing of best practice, leading employee engagement within the contract.

What are the requirements?

With substantial financial administration, including knowledge of forecasts and budgets, along with contract management experience, you’ll need excellent customer service skills and sound understanding of managing major clients.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • IT Skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Lotus Notes, Financial Systems
  • Problem solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of waste management industry
