We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic apprentice to join our dynamic team in Greater Manchester. This apprentice will be working towards the Level 2 Waste Resource Operative Apprenticeship. At SUEZ recycling and recovery UK we’re committed to creating a greener planet. We’re working to conserve resources, reduce landfill and much more.

About the role

What will I be doing as an Apprentice Waste Resource Operative?

The role will involve loading and recycling material in an outdoor environment, and will thus require an element of physical work and a lot of daily walking.

It is essential to be helpful, courteous and respectful to both customers and colleagues.

You will be working towards a Level 2 Waste Resources Operative qualification, where you will gain an understanding of the principles surrounding waste and recycling. This involves working 80% of your time on site, and studying 20% of your time.

What are the requirements?

We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated and well organised indivisuals to join us as a Waste Resource operative Apprentice.

Communication

Team Work

Grade 3 0r 4 (C/D) GCSE (or equivalent) or functional skills Mathematics and English but these can be taken alongside the apprenticeship
