About the role

What will I be doing as a Regional Administrator?

  • Ensure timely and effective reporting of incidents and events, ensuring that effective protocols are put in place.
  • Provide support in calculating and submitting Payroll.
  • Provide support in calculating Holiday entitlement
  • Complete and Submit Environmental Agency Waste returns.
  • Support of the SPOPs System, to include the management of ordering, payment and invoicing processes for goods and services
  • Support the Region is all aspects of Commodity Control, Data recording and distribution to the Senior Management.
  • Support of invoice query resolution
  • Assist in producing letters, minuets and reports for Senior Management team
  • Assist in organising internal events & meetings
  • Assist in travel and negotiate prices with travel companies

What are the requirements?

You’ll have plenty of administrative experience, gained in a variety of settings, backed up with a qualification in Business Administration along with a general good standard of education. That means you can write coherent reports, handle figures but also be good with people and great in a team.
