About the role

What will I be doing?

  • As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be supporting the South East Regional Customer Hub to provide excellent customer service to our current client base.
  • This will involve on boarding new customers as well and being the first point of contact for all clients within the region. This will include carrying out account reviews, handling general requests and resolving customer queries.
  • Our aim is to provide the best possible experience for all of our customers, keeping them informed, engaged and maintain proactive relationships.

What are the requirements?

  • Previous administration experience, with the ability to create and maintain positive customer levels whilst managing expectations
  • Professional, confident and efficient, with excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our customers first.
  • Resolving customer problems promptly, whilst proactively promoting customer loyalty through account reviews and retaining existing accounts.
  • A true team player, with the ability to be flexible, support and collaborate with the team where necessary.
