As a Regional Sales Manager at SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established recycling and recovery company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

About the role

What will I be doing?

  • As a Regional Team Sales Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of Territorial growth targets.
  • The Regional Team Sales Manager will also have full responsibility for the management, coaching and training of a team of Field Sales Executives and Business Development Managers, ensuring that their performance is actively managed and targets are exceeded.
  • Creating pricing strategies to achieve maximum waste stream gains whilst ensuring the customer relationship is deepened.
  • The monitoring and reporting on the territories sales revenues and making sure that recommendations for change are synchronised with the business plans will be a primary focus of this role.
  • Building and maintaining robust relationships with our Operational partners is a key part of this role to ensure the delivery of the Regional Business Strategy.

What are the requirements?

  • Whilst exposure to the waste industry would be beneficial, it is not a pre-requisite for the role.
  • Applicants must be able to demonstrate substantial experience of direct sales with proven experience of managing a sales team.
  • The ability to negotiate at all levels internally and externally with excellent communications and presentation skills is essential.
  • Financial awareness of working with budgets and sales targets is required.
  • Candidates will require proficient use in Microsoft Office.
