About the role

What will I be doing?

  • You will take responsibility for all driver office related administration, from inputting and authorising pay, to recording all data and information relating to vehicles.
  • You'll need to check stock levels, monitor fuel usage, issue fuel cards and  raise PO's, making sure all paperwork is correct and safely stored. This will enable to then produce accurate monthly reports and statistics, as well as ordering further stock, as required.

What are the requirements?

  • You will have strong communication skills, confident dealing with people face to face, as well as both corresponding by telephone and by e-mail. You will have the ability to plan and prioritise, taking ownership of and resolving queries, with have excellent attention to detail and accuracy when recording information.
