  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and development within the team through methods such as lessons learned analysis
  • Encouraging safe practices and systems of work, ensuring relevant company and regulatory compliance at all times, including the application of all EHS requirements
  • Proactively identifying shortfalls in site management resource availability, developing short and long-term strategies to address any potential impact on customer delivery
  • Developing site specific procedures for each project in his/her area.

Throughout this you’ll need to ensure any related documentation is generated, correctly processed and retained, with project modifications communicated to the wider team and engineering. As well as ensuring the technical delivery you’ll also play a big part in making sure budgetary targets are hit.

What are the requirements?

You’ll have solid leadership, management and team contribution abilities, with the ability to communicate and motivate people at all levels, from fellow managers to sub-contractors and both external and internal stakeholders.
