About the role

About the role

  • This role is offered on an 18 month fixed term contract. 

What will I be doing?

  • Based in the South West, as part of our Somerset Contract, you'll be providing support to the municipal division to improve the current contract portfolio.
  • You'll give greater value to our current and future client by contiual improvement of contacts through proactive trainig and audits.
  • You'll promote, create, document and enhance best practice and a continous improvement culture within the municipal division.
  • You will support the business in conducting their day to day tasks using SUEZ's operational systems as a seamless and beneficial work tool.

What are the requirements?

  • Ideally, you will have sound experience in a customer facing role and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be experienced at configuring Software
  • Understand the integration between systems.
  • Be familiar with application for Android and android devices
  • You should have very good knowledge of Microsoft applications to enable the production of reports and project plans.
  • You should have the ability to build relationships, have strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • A good understanding of waste management legislation would be highly desirable.
