Purpose of role

Develop, own and lead the implementation of the marketing plan, conduct high-level market research and provide marketing support (website management, press releases and editorial) for the development of the Company’s services and products.

About the role

What will I be doing?

Ownership and authorship of an annual marketing plan which details activities throughout the year.

Working with other managers and staff in the company with the support of the Commercial Director to ensure that the marketing plan is delivered effectively;

The production of digital content, marketing material and collateral for our products and services

The production of banners and other exhibition materials

The launch of press releases concerning and our products and services

Working with Business Development Managers to develop and produce case studies

Promotion of services and products across UK and Ireland with central marketing team using social media and PPC advertising

Oversee the organisation of promotional activities such as conferences / exhibitions, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and within agreed budgets

Complete market studies and research useful for the development of our products and services across different territories as requested by the Business Development team.

Monitor, manage and develop www.ice-pigging.com with the aim of wider awareness and promotion of this technology

To develop, implement and maintain a SEO plan for www.ice-pigging.com.

Ensure brand guidelines are being adhered to by partners / licencees

Monitor and track the evolution of sales leads and contacts which come through the website or general company e-mail, providing support to the Business Development Managers where required.

Monitor and track press coverage concerning our technologies and provide response as necessary.

Provide support to Commercial Director as required

What are the requirements?


Qualification in Marketing or Business Analysis, or


Experience required:

3+ years’ experience in a Marketing Role

Experience of the sales process in a business to business environment

Experience of creating and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns


Skills required:

Ability to produce written marketing content with minimal input

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other design / production software

Knowledge of Digital Marketing

Ability to multi-task

Team player.

Excellent organisation skills.

Able to work efficiently and independently.

Able to work to tight deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office Packages.
