About the role

The Role

  • This position is a Permanent Position
  • The working hours are a fixed Shift Pattern of:
    • Monday to Thursday 14:00 – 23:30
    • Friday 14:00 – 18:00
  • The pay rate for this role is £11.31 per hour, 40 hours per week, with overtime available
  • Reporting to Production Supervisor

What will I be doing as a Team Leader?

  • Maintaining control over operations and smooth efficiency of the Production facility by supporting the Supervisor
  • Maintaining H&S and contract performance standards on site
  • Ordering equipment and resources as necessary for operations
  • Arranging staffing levels appropriately and identifying areas for continuous operational and financial improvements

What are the requirements? (experience and qualifications)

Previous experience in a leadership role and the ability to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of general production or other similar operations. It is essential that the candidates can demonstrate knowledge in health and safety with specific reference to proactive approach to managing safety. Previous experience of working in waste or industrial facilities would be beneficial however this is not as important as a willingness to quickly learn new skills and present these to the team.

Experience of working in facilities or operations which have used mobile plant is desirable.
