What will I be doing?
- We'll look to you to develop and deliver SUEZ UK’s training programmes .
- You'll will initially help design and deliver training programmes to support the development of our industrial and commercial business
- You will also be required to work with the wider behavioural team to deliver the current behavioural learning offer and redesign content where needed.
This will involve:
- Supporting stakeholders to provide cost effective learning solutions that:
- Are engaging, interactive, memorable and drive change in beliefs, values and/or attitudes.
- Support individuals and teams following change when training is the correct intervention.
- Deliver learning virtually and in person that supports commercial growth
- Solve problems where no solution currently exists.
- Support Organisational Development by acting as a sounding board to Regional Managers in relation to L&D issues.
- Challenges to ensure training adds value.
- Communicate at a managerial level and challenge internalised beliefs held by some that allow them to understand where training is and is not the solution.
- Facilitate discussions so that the correct solution is reached, even when this is not clear at that point.
- Deliver the required solution and be accountable for all deadlines and outcomes.
- Facilitate at events, when required, in order to support Learning and Development Manager.
What are the requirements?
- With excellent relationship building skills and a strong background delivering training, to staff of all levels including senior management, you will have experience supporting a large multi site organisation, along with:
- Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification.
- Evidence of formal ‘training and development’ qualification (e.g. within specific industry, Open University)
- Demonstrable experience in delivering of job training interventions to a managerial and sales functions remotely and in person.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting change through learning and development interventions
