As an administrator at SUEZ Water Purification services, a division of SUEZ Water, you’ll be part of a team that provides a holistic service in the water industry. We are committed to helping customers reduce their impact on the environment and maximising the return on their investments. 


About the role

About the role

  • The main purpose of the role is to take ownership of supporting and advising customers, Manage engineers and subcontractor work schedules,  create accurate recording of work details and enter work on the systems via data entry.  
  • This role is a Fixed term 12 month contract.

What will I be doing?

You'll be ensuring personal and field activity compliance with all SUEZ Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, and adhere to customer site rules and procedures (assuming the highest level compliance).

You'll develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers ensuring you always present a professional image.

Your key tasks will be:

  • Planning and scheduling of field service engineers and subcontractor work.
  • Coordinating work with other SUEZ departments.
  • Arranging parts for service visits and breakdowns.
  • Answering incoming customer calls and handling as required.
  • Provide customers with information on spare parts and prices.
  • Updating customers records on computer database.
  • Action and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Place orders with suppliers through purchasing department.
  • Learning about our products to provide advice to customers to assist in resolving their problems.
  • Work with Engineering projects team and Sales Consultants to effectively and efficiently instigate visits and present one SUEZ approach.
  • Support roll out of new products and services

What are the requirements?

The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle stressful situations and be able to prioritize workload efficiently and effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Logical and well organized, with flexible and transferable skills
  • Good MS office skills
