As a Key Account Manager at SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established recycling and recovery company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

 

About the role

What will I be doing?

  • You will proactively manage the customers within your portfolio to deliver innovative solutions to their waste and resource requirements, offering seamless transactional and strategic delivery.
  • You will also be a key point of contact for them, providing waste industry expertise to enable your customers to be at the forefront of managing their resources in a way that meets both their commercial and CSR requirements.

What are the requirements?

  • You’ll be experienced in creating a positive customer experience in a B2B environment.
  • You’ll have a proven track record of managing customer expectations, maximising loyalty and profitability of your account portfolio.
  • To succeed, you’ll be ready to network and identify key stakeholders and develop strong professional relationships to support your customers in meeting their strategic plans, using the services that SUEZ can offer.
