About the role

About the role

  • A permanent full-time role based at our office in Morden SM4 4AX working in our Inside Sales Team generating new business via inbound/outbound calls as well as email enquiries for the South East regional team.

What will I be doing?

  • You will be prospecting sales enquires originating from our e-commerce and marketing campaigns. Cold calling potential customers via data provided and convert into new business revenue.
  • Actively follow up on all sales enquires to conclusion.
  • Entering high quality data into Salesforce.
  • Complimenting the field sales team and setting appointments on more complex sales.
  • Listening to the customer’s needs and offering a waste management solution based on their requirements. Upselling to existing customers.

What are the requirements?

  • Two-year experience in a telesales role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
  • Good sales ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving
  • Passion for the environment
  • A team player
  • A background in the Waste industry isn’t essential, as we’ll give you all the training you need.
