The role is part-time role (3 days a week) working as a vital member of the Marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver on a detailed strategy and project initiatives in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. You will be an integral member of the team and have full ownership of projects that will lead to the overall success of the department.

About the role

Main Responsibilities:

· Assist the marketing team with marketing promotions for SUEZ Smart &

Environmental Solutions

· Promote the profile of the company and its products and increase sales.

· Develop and maintain product information and other sales related documents.

· Develop and maintain stock of promotional material for issue to company staff and


· Assist in organising events and virtual events for clients and prospects.

· Prepare newsletters.

· Update the company websites as required.

· Ensure compliance with GDPR on customer communications.

· Assist in managing our social media presence.

· Create marketing materials such as brochures and case studies.

· Create social media posts – static and animated.

· Create and edit illustrations.

· Create and edit videos for social media and webinar use.

· Adhere to brand guidelines regarding visual identity and tone of voice.


· At all times work in a way that demonstrates the Company’s business methods.

· To listen to and relay market intelligence.

· Maintain high standards in terms of personal appearance conduct and respect of

Company property.

Qualifications required to do this role:

· A levels or equivalent

· Qualification in Marketing, or related field desirable but not essential.

Experience required to do this role:

2+ years of experience in a graphic design, social media or marketing role

Skills required to do this role:

· Good knowledge of graphic design, social media and video editing packages

· Excellent planning and organisational skills

· Excellent time management and prioritising skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work well in a team and with a wide range of people

· Able to work well remotely

· Good photography and videoing skills an advantage

· CRM database experience would be an advantage

Personal attributes:

· Confident and positive

· Have a logical and flexible approach to work, with the ability to plan and organise effectively

· Be able to respond well to pressur

· Have the ability to think creatively

· Be proactive and have the ability to take initiative
