About the role

This is a full time permanent role based at Landor Street, Birmingham working a rotating shift pattern. 

Week 1 - 05:30 - 14:00 Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 Saturday.
Week 2 - 13:30 - 22:30 Monday - Friday.

Overtime above 45hrs per week will be paid at time and half.

Must be willing to undertake counterbalance forklift training unless already in receipt of accreditation.

What will I be doing as a Bailing Operative?

  • The safe operation of the plant.
  • To maintain the facility and assist the team.
  • To assist in delivering solutions to our customers.
  • To maintain site duties and sustain team compliance.

What are the requirements?

  • We are looking for enthusiastic team players with baler and/or packaging experience preferred, however training will be provided if you are unfamiliar with specific items of plant.
  • A flexible approach to work will be advantageous as will a willingness to learn and undertake other duties.
