The role has a European remit and as such could be fulfilled from either one of our many Suez offices and/or home based.

About the role

The Process Data Analyst Team Manager is one of the key players in the Engineering Services (ES) team with the following core responsibilities:

Manage, Mentor and develop team members to achieve continuous improvement and objective delivery

Providing water treatment process support and analysis for the Services business in European, focusing on complex Asset care contracts.

Manage wing to wing InSight fulfilment processes.

Champion change to Remote Monitoring & Diagnostic solutions.

What will I be doing?

Data review and detailed process review reports to internal and external resources for complex Asset care customers

Provide support to remote monitoring setup team (site setups and tag, chart and data quality reviews).

Gather needs and champion change to the remote monitoring tools used in Europe.

Occasional travel within Europe for training, internal collaboration and events.

Provide training to internal and external resources to ensure tools and solutions are clearly understood.

Lead case escalation on behalf of the team, proactively identifying and seek resolution for systemic issues.

Establish, track and report out on team Priorities.

Lead and/or contribute to Global Digital development projects as necessary

Develop and update business process documentation in relation to Process Data Services.

Provide implementation quotations for Projects, Products and Services Teams.

Track and follow up on hardware demand/delivery across functional groups.

What are the requirements?

Minimum of 3 years in Industrial Water. (Required)

Fluent English (written and verbal)

Science or Engineering degree (process/chemical/mechanical preferred)

Excellent communication skills.

Good multitasking and prioritization skills.

Competent use of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Proven ability to multitask on several concurrent projects.

Proven leadership ability.

Highly motivated with ability to work independently
