As an Administrator at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.


About the role

This is a two month fixed-term, full time role based at Higher Swan Lane, Bolton. 

What will I be doing as an Administrator?

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support such as typing letters, filing, handling incoming calls and logging all queries/issues and passing to the correct person for a resolution.
  • Primarily processing van permit applications, checking that paperwork and applications meet set criteria.
  • Operating of the IT systems and databases.
  • Placing stationary orders and monitoring site stock and any other duties appropriate to the scope of the role. 

What are the requirements?

  • Applicants must be able to demonstrate good communication skills and attention to the detail.
  • Working as part of a team, the successful candidate must have IT skills with experience in Microsoft software and a GCSE qualification.
  • Experience of working within administration is desirable but not essential.
  • The applicant will need to be flexible and be able to work at a large site.
  • A friendly and welcoming manner is needed.
